Ordering & Collection
Kindly place your order via our website or WhatsApp 8298 4287 and make full payment at least 3 days in advance, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Food preparation will only begin after full payment is received. All the fees listed in our website is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST (Singapore Good & Services tax).
We hope to seek your understanding. After making payment, please arrange for self-collection or your own delivery service to collect at a mutually agreed time, between 12 noon to 9 pm from our premises. Please present an e-copy of your invoice upon collection.
CDC Vouchers may be used to pay, or partially pay for pre-ordered food purchases.

Dietary and Allergen Advice
Our kitchen is not halal-certified. We produce items that contains mixed nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and eggs. However, we do use separate sets of equipment to produce special diet cakes (gluten free and eggless) in the same kitchen where we bake our regular cakes.
Accepted Modes of Payment
We accept Paynow, Paylah and Credit/Debit card payments. Credit/debit card information is always encrypted via our secured payment gateway provider and we do not store sensitive data on our servers. Your order can only be confirmed
after full advance payment has been received and you receive an acknowledgement from us.

Refund / Exchange / Amendment / Cancellation Policies
Due to food hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or product exchanges, unless supporting proof can be produced that we got your order wrong. Please inform us within 24 hours.
Customers are advised to inspect their items carefully upon collection, as all sales are final.
We do not allow cancellation of our orders once the order is confirmed.
For postponement/amendments of orders, the request needs to be sent in at least 5 working days prior to the collection date, unless stated otherwise. We may decline the request for amendments/postponement due to special ingredients involved.
Collection / Complimentary Parking
Please park at the complimentary visitors parking lots available in Basement 2 of Carpark 2, near Block 5 d’Leedon.
