Baking & Cooking Classes / Events: 

 

1. Please browse through our Baking Classes and Cooking Classes to select the classes you want to attend. 
2. Kindly confirm via WhatsApp at +65-8928 8247 to check if there are available seats for the workshop(s) before proceeding with the online registration. 
3. On the workshop details page, please select your preferred workshop date and time, confirm / adjust the quantity [if you are registering for your friend(s)], then complete the registration online by clicking “Register Now”. Next click on “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” and your friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others. 
4. Please make payment via Paynow / Credit / Debit Card etc. via our secured payment gateway with remarks on the class name and date during transfer. 
5. Important Step: Whatsapp +65-8928 8247 with a screenshot of payment receipt and advise participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others).  
6. You will receive an email acknowledgment of your registration and payment via the email address given during your registration.  
7. Once your payment is confirmed, we will reserve a seat(s) for you. 
8. Two days before the workshop, we will send out via WhatsApp reminder messages, address, map, directions & a list of things to take note of to all paid participants. 

 Online Classes / Zoom Classes: 

 

1. Please browse through our Online Classes to select the classes you want to attend. 
2. Complete the registration online by clicking “Register Now”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order notes (optional)” eg your friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others. 
3. Please make Payment via Paynow / Credit / Debit Card etc. via with remarks during transfer the Class name.  Strictly No Refund will be entertained for Online Classes, as these classes can be accessed unlimited times on an ongoing basis. 
4. You will receive an email acknowledgment of your registration and payment via the email address given during your registration.
5. Important Step: Whatsapp +65-8928 8247 with a screenshot of the Facebook profile page that will be used to access the online class and advise the participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others). 
6. Please note that payment for one participant is only valid for one participant or one Facebook account or Teams / Zoom account to access the online class. 
7. Once we verify your payment has been received, we will forward you the link(s) to access the online class(es).   
8. For pre-recorded online classes, please click on the link(s) we forward to you & send in a request to join the private Facebook group(s).  Once you are admitted into that group, students will be able to view the recipes, templates (if any) and videos, type their questions / queries directly in the closed group. The online class instructor will also address those queries directly through the respective private Facebook groups. 
9. For online class via Teams or Zoom meeting, we will revert soonest on a proposed class timing for you to join the online workshop.  Please note that Participant’s Video via Teams meeting or Zoom meeting has to be turned on at all times during the training session. 
10. You must have an existing & functioning Facebook account to join the online classes to access the recipes, templates (if any) and videos.  We regret we will not be able to email or send videos, recipes, templates (if any) directly to anyone. 
11. Please contact Facebook Help Centre directly for help if you happen to encounter any restrictions / problems with your Facebook account.  We regret we are not in the position to help resolve any technical issues pertaining to students’ Facebook accounts.
