ArtZ Baking & Culinary is pleased to have our Veteran Agar Agar Instructor, Mdm Yeo Li Li with over 30 years of culinary experience to conduct this unique local food agar agar workshop. Mdm Yeo has written 2 agar agar and jellies recipe books and is recognised within the culinary sector as a guru for creative agar agar and jelly-making.
This hands-on workshop will equip you with techniques and tips to create a cozy Agar Agar Cottage Garden creation.
What you will learn:
- Techniques on how to create snow-capped Tiramisu Agar Agar Cottages
- Creation of a 6″ snow capped Agar Agar Cake Canvas with Tiramisu-layered Agar Agar & Lapis Cake base (Lapis cake will be store bought-Lapis recipe not included)
- This Tiramisu Agar Agar Creation is alcohol-free, tips will be shared on how to create one with alcohol
- How to create & decorate Agar Agar Snowman
- Decorate the Agar Agar Cottage Village with Christmas Trees in in Snow Land
- Tips on how to create more colourful cottages using selected decorative mediums
- Assembly of Agar Agar Cottage Garden
- Tips on making firm agar agar with “good bite”
Fee Includes:
- Introduction to the ingredients and recipes
- Demonstration by our Instructor in a professional, spacious and cozy Baking & Culinary Studio at ArtZ Baking & Culinary Studio, followed by Hands-on by participants
- Discussion with Instructor on tips, techniques on agar agar layering, assembly or colouring etc.
- Each participant will bring home their own Agar Agar Cottage creation in a see-through container after the workshop.

Through constant creations and improvements, she has written books on agar agar and jelly recipes called “Jellilicious”.
