Brief Instructor Bio:

Culinary Instructor Cheng possesses around 35 years of culinary and patisserie experience and was formerly a Pastry Instructor with Cerealtech School of Baking.  Besides that, he also has a wealth of culinary experience gained from the F&B industry with various restaurants.  Chef Cheng is bilingual & could teach in both languages.  He specialises in Western pastries making and noodles making [Noodles like Mee Pok (flat noodles), Mee Kia (thin noodles), flavoured noodles, Udon etc.)
