🔥High Premium Hokkaido Balloon Bread🔥

Coming soon to sweep across Taiwan & other parts of Asia, Hokkaido Balloon Bread is made with Yumechikara B’s high-gluten wheat flour from Hokkaido, which is hailed as the King of Wheat in Japan. In addition, Hokkaido cheese powder and Hokkaido Yotsuba Salted Butter are added, challenging a super-high water content of 120%. The bread has a divine chewy texture, soft and moist with the charming aroma of wheat. During baking, the internal moisture is transformed into steam, causing the dough to rapidly expand, forming a hot air balloon-like appearance. It is perfect for eating alone or paired with jam and savory fillings.

🔥 Buttery Red Bean Balloon Bread🔥

The Balloon Bread is stretched and the chef specially blends the red bean butter filling into the bread. One bite into it and the fragrance of the red bean butter fills your mouth. The inside remains moist, soft, and smooth, with rich layers. This combination is sure to be loved by the masses.

🔥Brioche King Toast🔥

A Toast fit for a king, also known as Rich People’s Toast. The recipe contains a large amount of premium-quality French butter, and fresh milk is used instead of water. Because high-fat butter is used, the butter aroma comes out during baking, creating a rich and buttery flavor with a light and soft texture. The surface is sprinkled with sugar and pearl sugar for a crisp texture, giving you a sense of happiness after eating it.

The most popular bread in the mainland, German Lye Bread is almost available in every bakery. The Germans have a special-shaped lye bread called Pretzels, Palmiers, and twisted biscuits, which resemble the crossed hands when praying. 即将席卷全台湾和亚洲的北海道气球面包来啰,使用北海道梦想力特高筋小麦粉为基底,这款面粉在日本被封为小麦中的王牌,另外加入了北海道酪乳粉与四叶有盐奶油,挑战超高含水量120%,拥有神级的Q弹口感,柔软又湿润与小麦的迷人的香气,在烤焙过程因内部水气转化成水蒸气,让面团迅速膨胀,形成热气球状的外观,不管是单吃或搭配果酱、咸馅都非常适合。

🔥红豆奶油气球面包🔥

将气球面包体做延伸款,主厨特调红豆奶油馅夹入面包体,一口咬下,整个红豆奶油香气四溢,里层保有湿润柔软与滑溜感,整个层次更是丰富,会是一款大众喜爱的组合搭配。

🔥布里欧国王吐司🔥

吃了就能当国王的吐司,又称为有钱人吐司,配方中的食材,加入了大量的顶级法国奶油,水用鲜奶取代,不加一滴水,因使用乳脂肪较高的奶油,再烤焙过程奶油香气挥发出来,奶香味浓郁,口感轻盈柔软,表面洒上砂糖与珍珠糖,脆脆口感,让人吃了会有幸福感的一款国王吐司。

目前内地最夯的人气面包德国碱水面包来了,每间面包店几乎都有再制作贩卖,德国结有一种特别形状的碱水面包叫做布拉哲、蝴蝶饼、扭结饼,形状像祈祷时双手交叉的样子,在新年时,德国的小孩会把布拉哲挂在脖子上庆祝新年,相当有趣味,近年来我们慢慢将面团做了些改良,比较属于台湾人的口味,将面团泡入强碱溶度3.6中的碱水,使烤出来表面产生深色的焦糖色,口感偏扎实,制作过程与一般面包制作过程不相同,老师这次教你们如何简单制作德国结面包另一款变化款,碱水芝士球,原来德国面包也可以这么好吃!
