Thai Exquisite Dessert – Luk Chup (Lookchoob):
- Each piece of miniature fruit is exquisitely handcrafted & given a “paint over” to resemble the real fruits.
- Learn how to create the various shapes of this exquisite Thai Dessert, Lookchoob / Luk Chup
- Learn how to make & cook the super smooth & fine bean paste from scratch (sweetness reduced & adapted to local taste buds)
- Various Colouring / Painting / 2-tone Staining Techniques & Tips will be Taught to achieve the gloss / shine
(Special techniques will be taught how to colour them with very little colouring, yet colours are vibrant and realistic.)
- Stems / Leaves for the respective fruits
- How to create a stable centre structure
- Tips & Ideas to arrange the fruits & decorate the “fruit” tree
