Brief Instructor Bio:

Chef Instructor Goh possesses 13 years of Pastry Teaching Experience which included patisserie teaching experience in Shatec and other pastry training institutes, train budding chefs for the baking industry. She has developed many new palatable recipes for her workshops.

Prior to that, she has 15 years of pastry / baking experience working in various hotels like Raffles Hotel, Fullerton Hotel & Oriental Hotel and establishments supplying pastries to corporates and financial institutions. She had the opportunity to work with several renowned foreign Michelin-starred Pastry Chefs while she was working with Raffles and Fullerton Hotels and she was part of Fullerton Hotel’s pioneer pastry team. She has helped develop numerous delish and palatable pastries over the years for her customers.
