Mdm Yeo has written 2 agar agar and jellies recipe books and is recognised within the culinary sector as a guru in creative agar agar and jelly-making.

Seize the chance to learn from the highly experienced & friendly Veteran Instructor Yeo Li Li in a cozy culinary studio! This hands-on workshop will equip you with techniques and tips to create a realistic Roast Suckling Pig which is popular for feasts and celebratory occasions.

  • Introduction to the ingredients and recipes
  • Demonstration by our Instructor in a professional, spacious and cozy Baking & Culinary Studio at brand new ArtZ Baking & Culinary Studio, followed by Hands-on by participants
  • Discussion with Instructor on tips, techniques on agar agar layering, assembly or colouring etc.
  • Participants will bring home their own suckling pig & peaches creations after the workshop.

A veteran culinary trainer for 30 years, Mdm Yeo Li Li specializes in Agar Agar and Jelly Making. She is a highly sought-after and talented Chef Instructor in creating amazing Agar Agar recipes that looks like beautiful art pieces. She possesses the passion for cooking and sharing her skills and knowledge with those who enjoy food, particularly desserts. Through constant creations and improvements, she has written books on agar agar and jelly recipes called “Jellilicious”.
